Requirements & Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who bring both professional competence and genuine compassion to their work.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children in foster care, healthcare, or social services
- CNA, medical assistant, or childcare certification
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
