Pastor Reginald U. Joseph is the visionary founder and President & CEO of Rainbow Care Network. With a deep commitment to child welfare and a heart for compassionate service, he established Rainbow Care Network to ensure that no child in protective custody ever faces a hospital stay alone. His leadership is rooted in faith, integrity, and an unwavering dedication to the dignity and safety of every child served. Under his guidance, Rainbow Care Network has grown into a trusted provider of trauma-informed, non-medical hospital sitting and companionship services across the Houston area and beyond.
